In February 2021, JK Lab Architects made this project to participate in a tender for the reconstruction of the square in front of the regional administration of the city of Nikolaev (Ukraine).

In February 2022, Russia attacked Ukraine, destroyed many cities, adults and children, forced 10 million people to leave their homes. Many rockets fired and are firing now at residential cities.

In March 2022, a Russian missile hit the building of the regional administration. About 40 civilians were killed, many were injured. The building is destroyed.

But we believe that the war will come to an end and we will be able to restore the building and reconstruct the area according to our project.
